Built Environment
We are surrounded by, and interact with others in, the Built Environment. In every space we enter, there was time spent in its planning and execution. With real estate ownership, a world of possibilities opens, allowing the owner to choose how occupants interact with the structure that rests on their land.
Key word: Improvement. When land is without a built structure, it is said to be “unimproved” property. When a structure on the property is very old and outdated, it is said to be in need of “improvement.”
Key word: Occupancy. Who will find themselves wandering throughout the structure? Whether architecture defines spaces for a local population to fulfill needs, be productive, or rest comfortably in their home, there is always a conscious and subconcious emotional experience.

History: Edward has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Woodbury University. He developed an eye for real estate from his father, who had a career in real estate investment and development; and he learned the art of drawing from his mother, who was a fashion designer in Milan. Hand sketching morphed into intricate designs of home facades as Edward became familiar with the art of crafting spaces and the nuts and bolts that enclose them.
